Not sure about the inconsistancy with the ACM dates. The list on the first page came from this link which still says flight socks offer starts 4th July

Went to Leeds city store today but wasn't very successful. No clarins moisturiser :mad: , I couldn't find any ROC GWP to try get for free - what do they look like? They do have new magazines though if anyone is looking for them. No Botanics things for under £1 (to use with 100pts mag voucher) - even the minis are £2. I got bodyform with 100pts vouchers then spent some points on revlon makeup - free kohl eyeliner with eyeshadow purchase.

Last time i was in our Boots the clearance section was gone !!!:eek: Has it been moved ??? or is it gone for good ???

ACM hasnt been working in our store , one day they are and the next they are down again , so cant answer your question above .

Help!

Finally managed to get to Boots, got my tooth whitening gel and handed over the voucher from the smoking pack..... BEEP! says the till.

"voucher not valid at this store or at this time" says the till

Anyway, she checked the date on the voucher and compared the product to the picture and agreed it was definitely right... so manually over-rode the till.

Problem is, this "broke" the offer

She took the gel off my bill (-12.99), manually overrode the price and re-added it with 50% off (+6.49), then the till auto took off the 1/3rd saving (-2.17) leaving me with £4.32 to pay.

Luckily she knows me as the lady with the glitches and suggested I "try it at the other store where I know it works" so I didn't buy it.

Does anyone know whether Boots have made the till reject the vouchers?

Good news is, I got the T&G vouchers from ACM so got myself 4 minis for the eqivalent of 12p each, the free Blissful pack, the new H&B mag and a few more stop smoking boxes and packs with the emery board in, so it wasn't a wasted trip.

Any advice on the whitening gel gratefuly accepted!

Just collected my pending points from the ACM this morning - I'm saving for a gift experience or something along those lines for my parents for Christmas now, so I should be able to send them to do something really nice now.

not long back from my trip to boots didnt manage to use the 750 points coupon on clinique the sa 's are like pitbulls on the designer counters and i was too frightened plus all the gwp are behind a locked cupboard
i managed to get
mitcham spray for 49p with coupon and offer
free ea gift set the sa read the coupon and in a fluster started looking in my bag for the 2 items then said you mustve bought them otherwise you wouldnt've given me the coupon phew got away with that one
got botantics foot spray 2.99 with coupon and got a hand creme for 1.60 as it was buy one get one half price
mediterrean body butter 6.50 with body wash free with coupon this wouldnt go through the till but sa overrode it
got toni and guy mini mousse for 1.12 with 100 points
bought a couple of other things original price 30.62 price after 20.12 so handed over coupon for £20 total spend
really pleased cos i never usually get anything
no smoking kits though
forgot my babys wet wipes though the thing i needed the most

bluetimone97 and funkyfarmgirl and anyone else whose Boots cards are still shiny and new and are not offering them any of the offers on points other than the competitions, I've printed off extra Boots card machine vouchers so if anyone would like a selection, just PM me. Most things are valid until July 17th apart from the total spend ones that are only valid on the day but you might get lucky and get them scanned as well if you stick them in the middle of a pile.
A full list of what I have is on my swaps list on PTS and the coupon swap just look for mhocs swaps.
I have four cards for various family members but whatever I print off I tend to use my own main card.

Hooray, OHs work colegue was in Birmingham today so he was dispatched to get the new magazine and came back with 5, oh dear I forgot that you are really supposed to show your card to get them. Anyway he even took the back page of coupons out, folded them in an envelope for me, slightly scary because all he had been told was to collect some mags.
OH says he needs now to change companys because coupooning is now taking over his job as well. He has instructions to check the Metro carefully each day for stray coupons, collect as many discarded newspapers and magazines off the trains, whatever condition they are in, remember to say when he is going to Birmingham and then remember to take a Boots card with him to print off whatever is in the advantage machine and also to look out for sampling girls giving out goodies on train station forecourts. When he has remembered to do all that there is not much of the working day left :rotfl:
