    Hi,
I have had problems aswell, i have called CS and emailed and still no answer, they didnt tell me to call TLC Marketing. I have not recieved the booklet to choose a treatment and now its to late, really sad coz it was a gift i was given. Can you let me know what happens if you hear back please XX
Surprise, surprise they didn't call me back. If it's any use to you, the number I was given for TLC is 01792 645800, press option 7. Let me know if you get any response from Boots customer services.

I was sooooo annoyed today as my little plan did not work out

Spotted the Changing bags that you get free with the parenting coupon reduced to £10 and as i happened to have a parenting coupon i thought i'd try it and see if I would get an extra £14.99 off my shopping , unfortunatly the SA didnt notice the clearance sticker and scanned it normally and when i pointed it out she said oh well your getting it free with the parenting coupon anyway. Not the point!!

Eastville Boots have lots of Boots Complete skincare Gift sets reduced to 99p which are good value especially as there is a coupon for 100pts on Complete skincare in the ACM.

They also had a pile of the old 17 GWP (hexagal box with stag on front) near the No7 stuff and it still goes through free.:D

Also got some Duracell power 4xAA for £1.37 bargain.

And got a till spit to do a survey.

Just to say one of my boots.com orders has been dispatched £50 and 5600 points, but my first order for over £100 with less points has not!

Will have to wait and see what happens!

Started planning it last night - wrote down all the items I wanted so I wouldn't be fumbling through piles of vouchers.

    First trip - this morning:

Tooth whitening set @ £2.15 (Rapid white tooth whitening pen)
    1 memory stick @ £1.87 with 500 points
2 x duracell rechargeable AAA 4 pack @ £2.49 each , not sure how much normally but a lot more than that TESCO DIRECT £11.97 each!!
Essential aromatherapy blissful kit - GOES THROUGH FREE WITH VOUCHER FROM ACM
Bourjois mini lipgloss @ £1.50 (used last £2.00 voucher)
5 x Bodyform different things with 100 points on each so 500 points
    2 smoking boxes
Clarins Real Heart trial shower cream
Used 100 points for £10 spend and 150?? for £15 spend but I don't think either of them worked

Second trip - a few hours later after trudging around with DD to get her clothes

    Tooth whitening kit @ £2.15
    3 x bodyform with 300 extra points
    2 smoking packs

    Hi
Have been ill and have tried to catch up but can't see this posted anywhere. How do you get the aromatherapy for free?

Some advice please!!! I have to called Boots customer service tomorrow for a series of queries/complaints.

One involves the possible return of a car seat I purchased about 4 months ago which appears to be faulty... Thing is, I acquired 21,450 points buying this seat and want to know if Boots will deduct it from my balance if I return the seat? I only want an exchange!
