I think the 'no smoking' boxes have only ever been in England, there was nothing when Wales went smoke free!

I went to purchase last night and said unable to complete transaction. Gone back in this morning, £1.99 Listerene 200 points now removed, only give 1 set of 500 points for gym equipment so looks like they have really tightened up on this (their error).

Well, I saved my basket last night after I had changed it from 20x mouthwashes @ £1.99 plus 200 points each to 15x handweights @ £3.99 plus 500 points each. But could not bring myself to 'Confirm Order' as I had no real need for the items but was almost tempted by all the points. But how was I going to explain these items to OH when my delivery came, never mind the £40/£50 spend? And where was I going to store all the items? (Already overflowing with Tesco toiletries ;) .) So, in a way I am glad Boots have cottoned on and removed these offers, thereby making the decision for me whether to order or not. Am already up to £150 or so on AC, so not desperate for points... :D .

Will wait for the next glitch to come along and start all over again  .

Hi,don't know how much this helps but I found that it had to be all shapers stuff & that it really does depend on the S.A if she'll let the 50p off & the 50 points(ACM)vouchers thru together.

  • I boxed clever yesterday thanks to you guys..I'd bought 3 blotting papers so as to use the points voucher&get the 1200 points but there was a hitch at the till, the S.A had to get the manager who wouldn't let the voucher go on(managed vouchers from ACM for a £7.50,10.00 AND 20 spend tho,yay me!!)
so..I rang the shop, asked to speak to a clinique lady, explained that I'd "forgotten"to hand the voucher over & she said to just bring it & my receipt in;no probs!!So,thank you all!!

    What a nightmare....I've lost my Boots card!!!

In Boots last night buying some bits when I realised I couldn't find my card. Total panic set in - I must have dropped it. Raced outside looking around and quickly called CS who were very nice. Said a new card would be issued and not to worry about my points as I had let them know and if anyone used the card, they would reimburse the points. Trouble is, she said I had 3000 pts pending....but it should be a lot more so I suspect my online orders have been cancelled - especially as people have said they're tightening up online.

    And it's raining.......and I can't go Bootsing now.....sigh....:o
  • don't forget to pad it out with a spend voucher X-))) oh & the 50 points one is for fruit salad & p.s the choc pudding is FABBY!!!
