been watching this thread for a while and have taken the plunge into a big boots spend today!

bought several of the olay regenerist sets at £8.77 - the SPF 15 lotion has more in and is better (and normally more expensive) than the total effects one i normally buy. plus you get a couple of freebies with each set.

i went to the boots points machine and got some bodyform 100 points vouchers and 1 x 100 points on £10 and 2 x 150 points on £20.

i really found it hard doing my sums ('specially as i was getting quite excited!) and wonder whether i could have got more out of it?!:rolleyes:

i was a bit annoyed that the bodyform said one coupon per product, but they wouldn't let me have more than one per transaction - although i could combine it with the extra points for the spends.

ended up with an extra 1000 points in total - plus some little pink manicure sets for 31p from clearance section.

i only realised the other day that i never get any mail from boots - turns out that although i am registered and have bought from the website, i wasn't set up to receive all the freebies:eek: - i am now though!

They look like a giant pack of cigarettes and contain:

One stop smoking wallet booklet with money off vouchers (The exact same vouchers as the stop smoking leaflet had)

One voucher card for a free stop smoking consultation at the pharmacy and 100 points with each NicAssist product.

Sample sachets of Garnier regenerating daily moisturiser and simple anti-wrinkle firming cream.

1 sample piece of Nicorette freshfruit gum (contains no nicotine)

1 mini chupa chups lollipop.

if you keep squeezing the packs you can find the tiny pots of cream:D

2 of the stores i went to today very kindly had the massive display right on the door so you could get one for yourself, your mum, best friend, cat etc.
