On the right hand side of the e.mail it says claim your coupon by either downloading from link, out of acm machine or entering unique code (States mine on e.mail) at .com
Presume that if its claimed via link or website then probably wont show up on acm machine.

Check your listings to see if you have mentioned the words cash or euros
they are red hot on sellers not accepting cash payments.

I had this when selling some crocs shoes!
Most of the time it isnt ebay who have spotted your listing, its another ebayer! Ebay rely on people to report coz they cant read every single listing themselves!
Chances are another rival ebayer has reported you so that their stuff sells instead of yours! Try listing them on a 1 day listing and one at time.

I've done a search but can't find anything about this.
Yesterday my oh picked up a quit smoking pack in boots, It is a gold box shaped like a cigerette packet, Contains a lolly, piece of chewing gum,some simple wrinkle cream, a few offer coupons and a card that says when you swipe it you get 100points everytime you buy quit smoking aids.
