Right, just rang CS on DD behalf. They were a bit cagey due to data protection etc but seemed to think that she should have 64 points. Couldn't do anything tho as she has to ring, which she doesn't want to but said that we could go into our local boots and theyt may sort it out.

Also had a moan about the fruit salads having the fork UNDERNEATH all the fruit - messy! And there being no serviettes available.....but then said how good one of the SA's is in my local Boots - says things like " go for it" and "get everything you can" when I go to her with coupons falling out of my hands!

So I feel better now

Edit: Just checked gatwick website and boots store locator and there is one after security at the South Terminal as well.

lol It got me as well, but from what i understand there is one before security and also one after, so don't panic if you see a store before you go pass security

Haven't been on since yesterday pm so have just caught up... so sorry to hear your bad news cupcake

I'm off to boots (not my nearest 1 - it's too small!) to hunt out those nail files! My 2 cats love playing with nail files (?!) and its their bday on Sat... so guess what they're getting as a present... Jemma Kidd nail files (if I can find them!) and I get the added bonus of 500 points!! :rotfl:

I got 3 hydo shave foam/gels and used both vouchers..(3 4 2 one and hydro one) and both lots of points were added. The cheapest is the foam @ 1.19 but you have to buy 1 of the hydro gel @ 1.39 to get the initial 100 points.

You meadowhall ladies are SOooooo lucky! I have searched hi and lo for this ROC GWP and can't find it anywhere - it would be perfect for my holiday! I have to go somewhere today and would you believe the first thing I thought was "wonder if there's a Boots nearby?" Am too sad.

I really feel for you cupcake.....I only have £67 on my card but am already guarding it carefully - I'd be gutted if that happened to me. Fingers crossed your quick reaction means you get all your points back safely.

shock news bootsers, i received the summer offers leaflet and there was no double points voucher in it this time, think now they are taken over by private equity we will get less glitches and offers....
