I've lost my AC!!! SO annoyed, particularly as I've got a coupon for 1000 extra points with a £50 spend, and I was going to use it this weekend.
How long does it take for a new one to come?? And do they still let you put the points on a receipt and load them up later?

you can still use the vocuher and get your reciept validated so don't worry. your card should take 2 or possibly 3 weeks but if it does take longer then if you ring customer service they usually add the points on for you.Love can tame the wildest0 -
I didn't realise the nail files had the bonus points instore!!!
Does anyone know how much longer it runs on for??BLOWINGBUBBLES:kisses2: SMARTIE120 -

I had a fabulous shop at Boots yesterday.
Lately I have been investigating the glitches going on at Tesco so haven't been near a Boots for about 3 weeks, unheard of!
Went to Wakefield one yesterday and what was waiting for me as I walked in the door?
lots and lots of lovely Roc gift sets
Had a wander around and found a clearance shelf with about 10 Roc items on, bought THIS ONE for the reduced price of £6.44 and picked up a gift set at the same time.
Went and had some dinner at a cafe and removed the £5 voucher from the gift set and went back in to Boots to buy some more, shock horror, a lady had ALL the Roc items off the clearance shelf in her basket!
(but no gift sets)
I was so mad with myself for going out for food when I could have been buying bargains! :rotfl:
Anyway, ended up buying the wipes and another gift set and when I got to the till, the Sa said, why don't you go back round and get a few more and use the vouchers inside....
well, I had to really didn't I? :rotfl:
Ended up with 4 gift sets , the micro Kit (paid with points) and 3 packets of wipes for the grand total of £2.97 cash
So all in all, an A1 shop :T
P.s, there was a sign next to the full priced Roc products that said free gift set with ANY Roc purchase so those sa's telling you different, stick to your guns and tell them its available with any productStopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
I just rang boots about the 10% off when you spend £40 (paypal code), she said I needed to take it up with paypal?...I wasn't letting her get off THAT lightly! She knew nothing about it, spoke to a senior advisor and they said that when I received the order, to ring them back and they would refund the 10% (which works out at £4.01) back onto my account??
Totally different to the other Bootsers who have had 500pts onto their account??

No ROC freebies at my local boots but I did get 2 usb memory sticks, so with 2 vouchers thats 1000 points for £3.99 each. Also used the £2.00 maybelline/bourjois voucher to get a 1 sec nail varnish & received 150 extra points. Not bad for my first try  .
Returned home to find the 3 to 9 month parenting mag had turned up with a book of goodies:T .
Was wondering what people did with the vouchers for baby products when they have a boots pregnancy (hint, hint, lol:A )You cant take a step forward with both feet on the ground0 -

I don't think I said that when I phoned Boots Cs up.
I think I said I had tried to use a code from Paypal for that gave you 500 points when paying via Paypal and it didn't seemt to have gone on.
She couldn't find the code in question and I had deleted the email but she said to ring up once I had received the order and they would put the 500 points on for me (and they did!).Stopped smoking Jan 2007 after 23 years!Cigarettes NOT smoked = 240,945Smoke free days = 11 Years :TCash saved so far = £125,45,110 -
While in Boots yesterday, I went a bit mad with my points (originally had £128) and treated my daughter to quite a few things.
She also wanted some Dove glow tanning thingamajig but I said she had had enough out of me!
Walked past the clearance aisle and what did I spot?
A Dove Glow gift set, reduced to £3.50!
No idea what the original price was but daughter was over the moon :T

ah right so when i ring up i should say it was 500pts not 10%? it genuinely was my first order (but i genuinely did not remember to use the code!)
