When one gets to the last 1/4 or so the serum pump struggles to get the rest of the cream out.

    Any suggestions?

I find all boots pump creams do this.So I remove pump and shake to level cream out, replace it then can usually get a few more applications out after that.Last resort is remove pump altogether, replace cap then stand upside down and use cream via fingers or cotton buds from cap.
I have had Intelligent Balance day cream and cleanser currently upside down for the last 9 days and can still get stuff out.

I used it for a few weeks....Dont worry, you wont go streaky, it only gives very mild colour.

Its the same with all the Boots pumps - they need redesigning. With my P&P I removed the pump and put the cap back on and stood it upside down. Eventually some of it comes out, I'm thinking of giving it a very quick blast in the microwave - if its heated it may come out easier. All this work is giving me frown lines!!

Got a nice Sanctuary gift set yesterday for £2.15, haven't noticed them before, it contains 75ml foaming bath soak, 50ml body butter and a candle about 2 inches high in a glass jar, comes in a nice box about 6x6 inches, orange with silver flowers on, with a clear plastic front. Great bargain for teacher's pressies for end of term (I like to plan ahead!) or just as small gifts.

Anyone else having trouble finding the 12 pack of diareeze? Went to 3 stores after work yesterday, one didn't have any on shelves, another only had 6-pack, and the third had 6-pack and 18-pack but didn't seem to have the BOGOF offer on display.

Didn't seem to be any "out of stock" labels on shelves either. Booo! I want freebies! Might have to console myself with attempting a ROC gift pack, or maybe one of those old MF boxes the SA's have suddenly arranged high up on a shelf again... *ninja stylee*

There were none on the shelves yesterday, I went & asked at chemist counter. They were on there, just make sure you have some other things in your basket to hide the fact they are actually FREE !!!

EDIE: are you feeling ok C00kie as in your last few posts there has been no mention of chocolate :)

I just used the voucher against 2 x 6 packs and paid 19p, plus 100 points from the acm.

Originally went in to use my £5 skincare voucher and i had the last p & p so used it against that.
