After getting an email back from boots.com saying they would reply to my email within 2 business days I got impatient and gave them a call. Lady was very nice and assured me I would not lose out on my 2200 points with my £40+ order. Gave her all the relevant codes etc and she said she would straighten it out. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Just a reminder for anyone else who had this email to say they had to register their Advantage card details again as you had multiple email addresses, don't forget to do this. Coz when ordering on boots.com it will not flag up automatically that there is no Advantage card registered when placing an order and all the points will appear in your basket like they usually do!! Only when I received the order confirmation email it became clear there were NO POINTS.

Phew, time for a glass of wine now :beer: . Have a nice w/e everyone .

Just having a nose on boots.com and most of the bargains are out of stock but I did come across the "lifestyle & fitness" section (in "gifts") and there's some great stuff with 50% off.:D Thinking about getting the punchball + gloves set!! Gonna pretend its a certain prime minister... my boyf has flown out to Iraq today (soldier - 2nd time out there:mad: )

I'm a little annoyed. Did my first ever online Boots order today, and paid by paypal.

Then I log on paypal to find a button from boots... linking to a page that offers 10% off my FIRST online boots shop!! But the button wasn't there before today, and the only reason it is there now is because I DID my first boots shop today! :mad:

I did exactly the same with my first order using Paypal, I phoned customer care up and quoted the code displayed on the Paypal site.
I said I had put it in when ordering but it didn't seem to be working properly.
She looked the code up, saw it was genuine and added 500 points to my account :T

Give them a ring once you receive your order and I am sure she will add some points on for you

i love this thread and all the good glitches everyone posts but i wish we could have a boots sub section or two threads as sometimes i have been guilty of forgetting about this thread:o and come back to hundreds of pages of posts. it takes me ages to catch up and i have missed some bargains. i think a thread with only offers and a chat thread would be excellent and make sure no one misses out. what do you bootsers think?

tesco thread has a just codes and glitches no chat thread were everyone puts on the bargains to be had then they go over to the chat thread and talk about it .. mabey something like this one would help
