Wow.... had a good day at boots.
Three seperate purchases:
also just noticed as I am unpacking my goodies one of the lovely sales assisstants gave me a ROC £5 voucher back instead of keeping it !!!!!!!!
I know you will understand how good this feels I will tell my hubby and he will just be like "ooohh good, have you made a cuppa"
Well done! my hubby doesn't understand why I get a kick out of bootsing...or tescoing either. Whenever I mention vouchers, his eyes glaze over LOL0 -
Another day...another Roc GWP LOL
My local store had loads of them this morning. It seemed a shame not to give one a good home. I bought the wipes as usual and paid 99p after 5.00 voucher. Only one pk of wipes left on shelf. I think I've bought the whole box!!
I bought another bouj 1 second nail polish and used 2.00 voucher. I love this product! pity the shelf was almost empty though - not many colours to choose from. I also bought a hair brush in the sale @1.02, SA put it through as a bouj nail polish, so I earned an extra 150 points. Well pleased about that! I paid 5.51 for a hair brush, nail polish, Roc wipes and GWP and earned 395points (also used 75points voucher from AC)
I didn't get any new AC offers. I haven't had many since I came back from my hols and no vouchers for free stuff either. My offers are all comps at the moment. Has anyone here won any of the comps? I've never. I can't be bothered to enter them anymore.0 -
hi there, I've been reading this thread for a while now, and just want to say thanks for all the tips and now am able to post something (I know it's not strictly a boots grabbit but all the things you get free are from No 7 so it might be some use to some of you?)
I can't remember who sent me the original info about the magazine subscription offer, but about 3 weeks ago I took out one for Easy Living magazine because it was £6 for 6 and -the main reason! - you got a free No 7 lipstick worth £8.75 which more than covered the subscription and I thought if the colour wasn't right I could always change it in store.
A large parcel arrived today with a letter saying as part of your sub, you are expecting 3 No 7 lipsticks in 3 diff colours but unfortunately we've run out of 1 of them. To compensate for this, we're sending 3 lipsticks but 2 will be the same colour, and also a free No 7 suncare set which includes Sun Lotion SPF 15, tan maintainer and energising facial suncare (which it says is worth £30.50)!!! :j
So for a £6 subscription, I've ended up with 3 No 7 lipsticks and all the suncare stuff plus the magazines (I've no idea if it's any good but i don't really care!!)
Sorry if this in the wrong place and I've never done a link before so hope this works http://www.magazine-group.co.uk/magazine-group/best-deals/2993522/easy-living.thtml?hx=best+deals0 -
Do you have to cancel after 6 months to stop them sending you anymore? and if so do you have to do it at a certain time please?Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:

Loads of protect &perfect on for 342 in my locol today but not many people were interested in it at all.GwP was nowhere to be seen and the mean no7 lady was serving so decided not to spend £20 on 3 items today although i need new foundation i can wait.Noticed that the estee lauder section had a little box type thing on display with samples inside with a sign that said your free samples with 2 purchases-sa was there so will hopefully try and get a couple of samples on sunday without a purchase as she is never there on a sunday afternoon.Just topped up and got 2 jemma kidd emery boards for the 500 points and used lunchoen vouchers for some food. The paris hilton heart shaped bottle is also reduced instore to £14.07 and the dior gift is only available with the 50ml perfumes so bit pricey to go for really.Love can tame the wildest0

Keep trying my cards in various machines, yet again only one machine working in Stafford. I am now getting nothing useful from any of my four cards, no 100 points for poo tablets, no free expert item - only had one of those about the second day of the promotion and also the Botanics offer is missing. But I keep printing things form the machine in the hope a glitch will appear.
Yesterday at Broughton I found on the reduced shelf little pink FCUK tubs for £1 going thRough on BOGOF and also some John Frieda half price so I got 3 lots on B2G1F There was also some Umbro with the silver caps but only two of those and reading the shelf labels you cant mix and match so I had to leave 2 JF and 2 umbro.
I also used a £2 bourjois voucher for the mascara on offer but it went through for £8. odd rather than £4 odd so I went back to complain and although the header cards were still out the offer had finished. So I got the extra I paid refunded. So this is another thing to look out for, header cards left out after promotions are finished, check your receipts carefully.
I now have three of these £2 vouchers, wonder if there is going to be another offer in the next three weeks.
Plenty of mags at broughton plus freebie samples of various suncare near the perfume section.
Apart from that the only excitment in Boots at the moment seems to be finding a reduced shelf which has offer items on it so you have something to disguise poo tablet voucher usage
