The weirdness continues - just checked my account to see if it has changed from the massive negative £83 balance on saturday.........and guess what?

It now says Your pending points* balance is -1581. These points aren't included in the balance shown above.

I haven't used the machine, or telephoned CS (was waiting to do that today). Still its an improvement on £83!!

Boots really are a law unto themselves!

thanks for this info.. I actually attend slimming world as i find if i dont go every week for weigh in i will probably lapse and put more on as have done in the past.. mind you all the walking round boots on a weekly basis keeps me fit lol

ps guess were im going today hee hee.. I have to go into town to pick up my holiday money and its near boots would be criminal not to pop in lol

i just rung cs to have a winge about a snotty sa that served me and wouldnt take a points coupon worth 300 points from the no7 gwp.
cs were fantastic and have fallen over themselves apologising and added 1000 points to my card.
all i need to do now is get the 15 miles to the nearest ac machine!!!!

In my haste and excitement at getting my first freebie in months i picked up a bourjois mascara and went to the till with my £2 off cosmetics voucher and £2 off any Bourjois product. Got it for free or very little can't remember now. But when i got home my dh pointed out it was green not black:eek: What a pratt i will never use it. It is completely sealed and with a boots security label on it, do you thing i could exchange it for the black or as cosmetics they will say still say no even though they can see not been messed with. Thanks

There has been some good advice re returning items of late. Best tip was to phone ahead and ask. Keep your receipt as proof too.

If no luck then phone CS and see what they say.
