just been accused by boots by email that i have been using my advantage card on 2 accounts????? This is impossible as i have only 1 account.

Me too

I logged into my Boots account yesterday and found my card wasn't attached, so I added the card details again.

Today, I got an email saying that its been registered in 2 accounts and they have removed both advantage card details as they don't know which account I want it with.

We've noticed that your Advantage Card number is currently registered in more than one Boots.com
account. Because of changes that we've had to make to Boots.com, you'll no longer be able to register
your card in more than one account. For example, if you have registered for Boots.com using your
work e-mail address and your home e-mail address, you will only be able to use your Advantage Card
in one of those accounts.

As we don't know which account you'd like your card registered to, we have had to remove your
Advantage Card number from both accounts. To enable you to continue collecting Advantage Card points
on Boots.com, can we kindly ask you to re-instate your card number, once only, in your preferred
Boots.com account.

To do this, please click on the link below and login using you're the e-mail address for your preferred
account. Then click on My Account and enter your Advantage Card number in the 'About you' section.

yes same email-I think it's boots trying to suggest that they are very competent in the way they run things!
I thnk its best not to mention the botanics,mouthwash and various other glitches.

just go back from boots got some more fcuk stuff 4 items for £1 each and some mabeline mascara for 99p. dd1 found a £2 make up voucher, so I can get another one next time
