Hi all.....Someone mentioned in a previous post that they were able to get 300 points when they got 3 x smile mouthwash.
So I printed off 3 100 point vouchers from the ac, went to the till with 3 small smile mouth washes, which are on 3 4 2, it came to £1.98, so I gave in all 3 vouchers but the till would only accept one. Still not bad.....then I checked my receipt and I had been given 300 points.
Cost £1.98 given 300 points :j
This actually works on the Basics mouthwash which is 71p and 342. Therefore £1.42 for 300 points. You only need to give 1 voucher - it gives points on each item you purchase. Only tried it with 3, but say -
96 bottles at 71p = £45.44 (342)
Points received 9600
Plus(probably) 100 total spend points (at least)
Plus £5 skincare voucher
Therefore £97 points for £45 spend - great if you are looking at something expensive to spend your points on.
I did this with Cuticura last year when you got 200 points and it cost £1.29 - got a Sony MP3 walkman worth £199 for about £120 spend.
Not tried buying so many bottles and I can't seem to get the coupon again but might be worth a go.
Oh, and you get enough mouthwash to last a lifetime!0 -
Hi Cupcake
Had a panic in one store as till wouldn't accept it!!!! SA didn't know why. _pale_  It just wouldn't go through so she manually put it through.
But my other 2 went through fine in another store.
Decided to get rid of all ebay ones today after that  All used up now. I LOVE SANCTUARY, especially when its free :dance:0 -
Hi all. Should change my name to 'Intermittent Poster'! Found this instore today during my marathon browsing session, which included acquisition of some goodies. It seems to be really good value at half price, as you get the trimmer, eyelash curler etc all included for £22.50 , and it's in stock online as well!

*RUbs hands gleefully*
A lovely day at our little Boots on Sunday. Had to take back Sanctuary facial wipes and shower oil (i have a second set and both make me itch ooer! ) so decied to take them back with no receipt and had to change them there and then. One was from a gift set which was a present, and one was £1.95 cos I used a voucher... but in all honesty I didnt have a receipt so would have been more difficult to explain the pricings (honest!)
so I had £11.45 to spend..and got some bits that I needed, swapped it all..................and the lovely SA (god love him didnt have a clue what he was doing and actually said "ill be lucky to make it here next weekend they will have sacked me" (they are they SAs we love hey girls!), but was under the watchful eye of the nosey jobsworth next to him (boo hiss)...............GAVE ME A VOUCHER !!
So i trundled off with the £5 remembering someone had said the orange packaging works on sanctuary stuff (thanks whoever it was!) and paid for it at the no7 till with another dragon serving me (she was perturbed that my balance was £0.00!! and stuck her nose up at me!) she was under the watchful eye of the LOVELY manager, who was chatting with my Mum, and the dragon SA wasnt concentrating, thrust my recipt into my hand, gave me my bag and loooked made up to get rid of me...
I however had the last laugh............She'd given me the bloody voucher back too !!!!!!!!!! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: :T :T :T
What an :A (or a dozy mare who was being so nosey at what the manager was saying to my mum!!)
Lovley thanks boots! So for the grand old cost of £1.95 I have £11.45 worth of stuff, plus two £5 vouchers!!
:ABeing Thrifty Gifty again this year:A

I took bact the instant radience that I reacted to. The NO7 lady was fab.
I exchanged it for the tinted moisturiser & she gave me the difference back in cash & she gave me a free n07 hand cream for my inconvience
She said they had cancelled all national advertising & a massive advertising campagin they were planning on the p&p but it cost them 1,000000 to stop it. I cant really believe it could cost that to cancel it.0 -
I emailed Boots last week asking if they could please confirm if the current £5 skincare vouchers were valid against purchases of ANY skincare products from the listed ranges, or only valid against facial skincare. I explained that I had asked 4 different SAs in 3 different stores and kept being told different answers i.e. some said any skincare, Sanctuary body washes etc were fine, but some said no, it had to be facial skincare only.
This is the reply I finally received today......
Thank you for contacting us about our £5 skincare voucher offer in store.
I can confirm that the voucher is currently for use on skincare products only.
If you speak to one of our people the next time you are shopping they will be
able to advise you of the other promotions we are currently running.
We also have a range off offers available on our Advantage Point Machines.I dont need to ask anyone about other promotions!! (I know all the best deals thanks to this thread!!!) I have been using the APM for years!! And I still havent been given a clear answer to the question I actually asked!!
Oh well, sorry folks, I did try!! :rolleyes:2008 gig list... Nickelback + Staind (OMG...Staind ROCKED!!), Roger Waters, Infadels, Pendulum, The Police, K T Tunstall, Breed 77, Biffy Clyro....oh, and Motorhead0 -
Hi all - got the Time Delay instant eye brightener for 50p(after using the £5 skincare voucher).
I tried to use another voucher on the 'Olay Classic Beauty Fluid' (someone mentionned in the previous Boots thread that they were able to get this)....voucher didn't scan so I just said 'nevermind' - the way I see it is:- if the voucher doesn't scan then fair enough - I don't really want to demand a till override!!
ps can anyone recommend any good /effective products for removing black heads on the nose?? (I tried those strip things but they didn't really do much apart from make my nose itch!!)
THANKS for any help!!!XX0 -
