when can i get a mortgage

i work as a temp and have had a mortgage for about 7 years. i got he mortgage when i had a permanent job in my previous employment. now ive been a temp in my new job for about 7 months and im hoping to get a permanent withn another year. what i want to know is how long do i need to be in a permanent job to get a mortgage?

Depends on the lender you choose.
A few will take you on with only a formal offer and a start date, or in a probationary period.
While others will want you to be in the job six months and out of probation.I am a mortgage broker.
