    I forgot about that. I suppose, for the smaller repairs, you should be able to afford them out of normal income and, in the unlikely event of a complete breakdown requiring replacement, you could just forgo the interest.

    For some of the policies, a boiler replacement won't even be covered after it reaches, for example, 7 years old.
