1. Voting open to UK and ROI residents aged 18 or over only.
2. VOTING OPENS AT 00:00 ON 24 MARCH 2013.
3. VOTING CLOSES AT 23:59 ON 14 APRIL 2013 (THE “CLOSING DATE”).
4. ONE VOTE PER PERSON ONLY. Multiple, bulk and/or automatically generated entries will be automatically deemed void. Misrepresentative or fraudulent entries will invalidate a vote. Offering or receiving any incentive for voting is not permitted and will invalidate the vote.
5. HOW TO VOTE: To vote and be entered into this competition, simply go to www.thesundaytimes.co.uk/beautyawards (the “Website”) and complete and submit the voting form before the Closing Date. (See Website for details about voting process and the nominees.)
6. PRIZE FOR FIRST 500 VOTING FORMS: The first 500 valid voting forms actually received by the Promoter before the Closing Date will each receive a £20 Feelunique.com voucher only. Feelunique.com voucher is valid at feelunique.com only. Feelunique.com voucher valid until 14 April 2014 only. Voucher subject to voucher terms and conditions, no cash refunds under any circumstances. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
7. PRIZE FOR 5 MAIN PRIZE WINNERS: a total of 5 different voting forms will be picked at random from all valid voting forms actually received by the Promoter before the Closing Date and will each win a £500 feelunique.com “Beauty Dash” voucher only. Feelunique.com Beauty Dash voucher is valid at feelunique.com only. Feelunique.com Beauty Dash voucher is valid until 14 April 2014 only. Voucher subject to voucher terms and conditions, no cash refunds under any circumstances. Vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be sold.
8. Except as set out above, and for the avoidance of doubt, no other voters will win any prizes.
