Hi....the debt concerned became a 'secured' debt before the date of Bankruptcy.
Bankruptcy only deals with unsecured debts.
[I asked the date, because sometimes a creditor applies for a Charging Order [on a property] and it post-dates a bankruptcy....but the Court is not aware of that fact.
Once the Court is made aware of the BR, the Charging Order process is reversed.]

I would like to just go off topic slightly and let you know that if your back and neck condition affect you, so much that it stops you working regularly then it may be worth putting a claim in for DLA/PIP. As you can claim this whilst working, obviously I don't know how much your job effects your condition or exactly what your job entails but it is a thought. I hope you don't mind me going off topic, good luckMortgage: Aug 12 £114,984.74 - Jun 14 £94000.00 = Total Payments £20984.74

Thanks all. I am a nurse so sometimes I cannot work as much due to my back and neck. That is why I have not pursued a contract as I don't want to be placed on a rota only to have to call in sick all the time. As I am on the bank, I don't book shifts when I am not well enough which causes no one any financial or practical problem. I will look into the dvla thing for sure thank you
