Same here. Got the 12.5% & the 10% but not the free delivery. I've even cancelled an order and re-tried and still it comes up that my order doesn't meet eligibility criteria for free delivery. On the cost breakdown page, it shows "delivery charge £3.50, free shipping - £0.00". Seems like it's recognising it but not applying it.

Makes me feel slightly better knowing i'm not the only one not getting it to work!!

and i thought it was just me, i keep getting same message, so have they picked up on the glitch or am i missing something??

Bollox, I think I've mucked myself up. Can you only use these codes once? I placed an order using them and then went back to get more, but it won't let me use them now

I tried that but it still won't let me use the codes. Maybe it knows IP address? mmm. I still got 10% off and I'm collecting instore, so 2nd basket came to £20 initially but then I only paid 12 quid at checkout. Can't complain

tried clearing cookies, restarting, signing up with a new e-mail address. fuuuuuuming that I can't get it to work when others can.
