I read recently they're introducing a 35-day returns policy generally.
Just found this on their website:
Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 35 days of receipt of your goods.
But there was a sign instore yesterday that (I think) said items bought on or after 1st October can be returned after Xmas (not sure of the date).

16th Jan 10, the standard policy of 35days will return at a date in mid-December to cover ChristmasBorn and bred in Manchester (proud of it)
