Just had an email from Marks and Spencer for 10% off, ends midnight 6th Oct.
    Code is WEBS2628

And I only switched on the computer to make a Marks and Spencer order and then found the email in my inbox, how weird is that!:T:T

I read recently they're introducing a 35-day returns policy generally.

Just found this on their website:

Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition within 35 days of receipt of your goods.

But there was a sign instore yesterday that (I think) said items bought on or after 1st October can be returned after Xmas (not sure of the date).

    I hope that helps!

My guess is that this in-store sign was to cover Christmas gifts.

16th Jan 10, the standard policy of 35days will return at a date in mid-December to cover Christmas
