Sorry I don't know why it's not working, I have checked the code and the expiry date and eveything is as I said before. Maybe give them a phone call and tell them you are having problems with it? The code came from a small booklet from M&S with schoolwear 09 across the front of it and 4 vouchers in the back. All the vouchers have different dates on them, this is the last one. I would phone up myself but I'm not placing an order and quite often they process it over the phone for you if you phone up with your problem.
