I had 2 £10 off £50 spend codes and neither were working with my order this afternoon so I rang up M&S and they said they are having trouble with their promotion codes today. I still had my order up on the screen with everything in my basket and they went into my account and did £10 off my basket for me. I got straight through to them on the phone, no waiting. My order total was £54 before discount but was mainly half price toys so was showing at £27 and the code brought it down to £17.

Hope this helps if anyone else is having trouble.

Do you have a spare code? I'd really appreciate one - I put one on another thread on sunday as I wasn't placing another order but now want to take advantage of the underwear offer

Hi, new member here and first post. Where do you get these £10 codes? Do you need to have a card with m&s? I ordered one festive cheer hamper when they all had 10% off a few days ago and im really regretting not ordering more. I am 8 months pregnant with my 3rd and crippled with back pain so cannot get to shops. Therefore I have been doing online xmas shopping. Does anyone know (from previous years) if they will reduce any more/all hampers as we get closer to xmas? Should I hold off? Can't afford to buy them at full price. Sorry for all questions! Thanks in advance for any response. p.s does anyone have a 10% code?

Hi there the £10 off £50 spend were sent out with orders in november (they've stopped sending them now as I had an order yesterday and no voucher in there). The 10% code here expired last night so keep your eyes peeled for anymore being posted-you'll find them here usually. Lots of the shops reduce their prices or have offers of the day/week-keep your eyes on the forums to grab the bargains. HTH

They are still sending them.

I received a parcel this morning with one in, expiring on the 18th.
