Just tried using MANDSAUG for an order for clothing with no luck. Several different variants of error code. Anyone know why this might be?

It just worked for me, have you copied and pasted the code?

Yes, copied and pasted, then tried typing it. First time it failed it said the code had been used already (which it hadn't), then I got "Error occurred -retry", then "Your order does not meet the criteria for this offer. Please refer to the promotion details". Plus a couple of others. The only thing out of the ordinary was a credit on the order (labelled "promotional credit") that I was given when M&S completely messed up an earlier order.

Has anyone seen the full M&S criteria for this offer?

I don't think you can use "promotional credit" with any other discount or code on your order (that's what I've been told in the past)

I did try it without that but it's still not letting me input the code successfully. Maybe it's got itself into a twist but I've tried checking out again a couple of times and it still won't play.
