So its ended now? Anyone else think its very odd that no gloves, scarves or hats were in the sale besides summer stock? its as if it was a mid-season sale as there was so little there! Am hoping they are just getting rid of the old stock before having another sale for the rest of the stuff.

given the recent weather i would imagine sales of the above have been quite brisk

Yes it did end suddenly nothing was added much during the sale either, thought it would last longer is there much of a sale store ?

Was that for ladies or children? There were scarves & hats in the mens' sale - I had a cashmere one in my basket but it was still £19 (down from £39) so took it out when I checked out but there were other cheaper ones too.

I had lots of sale stuff in my basket from as recently as 27 December, (saved to buy later), 50 or so items, and every last one is now "out of stock" - even really obscure things!

I've trawled through various sections looking for leftover sale stuff, but they only seem to be having a sale on furniture now. x

I did see a few faux fur coats in the sale, and actually managed to get one (only because the sale started one day earlier online than M&S advertised) but that was the only winter item I managed to find!

(looks for EEEK! smiley) I wanted one of those cashmere scarves! They and a pair of leather gloves was all I really wanted from their sale. I saw neither in the sale when I went into the stores but all were full price so I hadn't missed them- maybe they were selling off a particular colour or something?

I just thin back to the last 6 months or so of last year though and it seemed as if M&S had a sale every other fortnight so I am hoping they will continue the trend and have another fairly decent sale (perhaps more decent then this one?) and soon! I have vouchers for them I have not used as literally every time I tried to shop in their sale I walked out empty handed, nothing at all I wanted.
