Looks like the free delivery code may have expired, I have just place an order for £35 entered the code and got a message saying the code had expired. First time I have had to pay for delivery in absolutely ages

Yes exactly - FREEDELV hasn't worked for at least the duration of the Xmas hols - during the sale in recent weeks, I have had to pay delivery charges, and trust me, each order I placed was well over £30! (ie the FREEDELV minimum spend)
