Mine was with all the other tick boxes when you enter the comps not at the sign up stage.

Seems to me that they've looked at the Daily comp format and are attempting to take it a step further.
Personally I'm going to hang fire with these for a while to see how things develop.
I think you should always have the choice of opting out.

There are some nasty little !!!!!!s at the mo - that won't tick or we cannot opt out! Line em up and shoot em! BANG BANG!

If you choose o2 as your mobile then it doesnt ask you anymore questions on that one - I guess they dont want to market to current customers.

I ticked mine & was asked if I wanted o2 to contact me - I had the option of saying no

I did the same, once I'd selected my mobile operator it did then let me tick no to contact, but it wouldn't let me just go straight to no.

The one I couldn't get past was the "LEGO heroes" one where you had to tick that you agreed to write up to 50 words in nomination of somebody!!!! I ticked it anyway as I seem to remember that Lego competition a few months ago so pretty sure it's out of date and they couldn't hold you to it.

Re the Lego heroes one.

If you click agree, the page that comes up telling you your entry has gone through, also has another link to complete the other bit, so I assume that's the bit that completes the lego part, so you don't have to do that.

On the new 'good to know' ones (the lego comp for instance), there is the tick box to nominate someone in 50 words , but you have to also send a full length picture of the person being nominated also? Full length pic of my 5 year old nephew i dont think so... OR have i misread this? thanks

yeah, a bit weird. Some of the comps on there were video or other tick box ones though. I just ignored the lego ones and did the ones that didnt ask that question.

Is anybody having trouble with the magazine daily mag videos? Some work ok for me but other just stick and I'm left with a black screen with a white arrow in the middle and no confirmation of entry! Weird how sometimes it tick boxes, sometimes videos that work and others that dont!!! Spending ages on them at the moment. Its only been for about the last week!


How strange today they all started working again! Dont know what made that happen. Weird! Not worked for over a week.
