Cyprus will get the 10bn no matter what - whatever the terms, whatever the cost, whatever the fall out.
The EURO will not fail (because of the EU's inaction - obviously it will fail anyway, but the EU will make that as far away as possible).
Cyprus - your terms should be "GIVE US 10BN" and they will. that should be the only term.
