I tried one of the new flavours of soup last week it was yuck! I sent an email telling them I was disappointed in that particular flavour and they sent me a £3 voucher to replace it. I can use it against any shopping bill with at least 1 Heinz iten so that's a pretty good result.

I emailed and said how great their products were, but that I had a problem with one of their items, which I had (wasn't fibbing!) and I got a £4 voucher!!

I joined up and didnt hear from them so sent an email complaining that i hadnt had any vouchers and they rang and apologised said they had had trouble with their web page but it should be sorted soon

i registered monthssssss ago and still no vouchers, i also signed up to homesolutions monthssss ago and nothing from them either, i also still havet recieved the 10quid clairol voucher despite phoning them >:(
