Hello. I have not heard of the company but I ask you to seriously consider the pros and cons of IVA. A debt management company will "sell" IVA everytime as they get a huge fee out of it where with bankruptcy you don't need a company to deal with it.
The only way you will get a unbiased professional advice is through one of the debt charities like CAB, national debt line and step change. I believe the contact details are in the "sticky" threads at the top.
I have not had a good experience with IVA and recently went bankrupt which although was a tough realisation to make fair the best decision I have made in a long time and had I of asked for advice in the right place almost 4 year ago I think I would of been made bankrupt 4 years ago.
Good luck with everything and the fact that you are taking a good hard look at your finances is great.BSC no.370 AD March 14

Oh and I forgot to mention this board is a fab, informative place to be too. I have done my bankruptcy in completely on my own as i am still too ashamaed to tell friends and family, but yet been able to ask questions, gain valuable knowledge, and had what feels and is genuine support.
There are folk from all walks of life here with so many varying circumstances.BSC no.370 AD March 14

I know of at least two people personally who have had problems with them and wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Please get in touch with one of the free debt charities for some free, impartial advice.
Have a look at first few posts of the sticky marked Look Here First and you will find links to the charities and lots of useful info.
