could any one give me any info on this . I watched the program last night but couldn't get on the site must ave been very busyWe purchased our house in 2002 but have got a letter from the bank of the previous previous owners and they paid £45,600 in 95 then in 98 it was £50.450 , and we paid £66.000 ,did property's go up from 91 to95
I am in band C and I know that most of my street are in B we have not put any extensions on to it but we are a corner plot but the house opposite is the same as ours but in band B
Would you say I,m in the wrong band and I,m glad I got all the deeds out because I,ve just found a loan agreement an we took personal loan cover

In most areas property prices fell during the period 1991 to 1995.

Difficult to say if Band C is right or not from the sale prices you quote, so I would ask for a band review.
