About the prize draw

Entering the prize draw
4. The free prize draw is open to all permanent residents of the United Kingdom only.
5. Entrants must be 18 or over
6. The Prize draw opens on 00:01 22nd March
7. To enter the prize draw participants must submit their entry online before 23:59GMT on 22nd March 2013
8. Employees or relatives of employees of Marks and Spencer group of Companies (or any other company and/or agency connected with this prize draw) are not permitted to enter.
9. Only one entry per person. No entries on behalf of third parties will be accepted.
Choosing the winner
10. M&S will draw 10 winners at random from all the correctly completed entries on or before 25th April 2013 and the draw will be supervised by an independent person.
11. M&S will notify the winner by 25th April 2013 by email. The notification will include details of how the Prize can be accepted. If the email addresses provided are not valid or the winners do not confirm acceptance of the Prize within one month of this notification being sent, another random draw will take place from completed entries and another winner will be selected.

12. The prize consists of 10 separate £150 e-vouchers (1 e-voucher per winner) which will be valid from the 1st April 2013 to 1st May 2014 to be spent on marksandspencer.com only. or instore
