Just accepted offer on our house but am unsure what to do next.
I'm going to arrange a solicitor on Monday and then hand that solicitors details over to the estate agent. Then what? Do I need to get in touch with my mortgage company? What else do I need to do?

Solicitors should do all that, although you should find out a rough balance to tell solicitors. Found a house yet? Got a mortgage arranged?0

Looking to move into my partners mum and dads house (they are away until October) and move out to our new house when we sort it. I'm wqondering if I can pay my mortgage bar £1 and then get the money back plus a bit more to get into a bigger house.--
