I thinks the best thing you can do is wait until you get in writing what the CSA is telling him to pay, if you don't have it already.
If he then claims that the OR won't let him pay that much, and you suspect he is trying to con both you and the OR, then write a polite letter (recorded delivery) to his OR asking why they are not permitting him to pay your full maintenance.
If he tells them he is paying you the full amount (or more than you are getting), he is breaking the law.
If he does try to pull a fast one, it might take a bit of a struggle to put right, but then the difference that it might mean to you and your son could make it worth it. You may get nowhere (his OR seems to be unhelpful), but for the cost of a few stamps it might be worth it.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

Thanks fermi. Will keep that in mind. Im going to speak to the CSA tommorrow, as the lady I spoke to last, wasnt available today. No not had anything from the CSA, put in my application almost 3 years ago & thay only got in contact with him afew months ago. Ive never had any letters, they've only ever contacted me 3/4 times on the telephone, in all that time. Such a nightmare. Think I will just have to persevere.
