Bankruptcy and Bailiffs - terrified

    The OP says it is business Council tax that is unpaid (perhaps rates, rather than CT). This would be the responsbility of the business partners not the OP unless she was involved in the business in some way.

    hi, just to clarify it was a business council tax for s completely separate premises in another town for which I have no dealings.

    I am going to email copies of bankruptcy papers to the bailiffs and send to the council and just pray the bailiffs don't come....however I will not be opening the doors to them.
