I ordered and I expect hat my cancellation email shortly...
Whilst I will not be complaining, those remarks on Facebook from other customers will give Debenhams a little bit of work to do. And in the interest of publicity... Maybe Debenhams will honour

So why haven't Debenhams fixed the glitch? I placed an order, just had the email saying unable to fulfil on every item. Check back on the website, and the 99% discount is still showing!0

You'd need to ask their techy types that question. Does it really matter though? You know it was an error, you know you're not getting the items. Life is too short to worry about it!0 -

Not stressed. Just being entertained by this with Sky being on the blink due to snow... That's stressful LOL.
In any event didn't M & S do something similar... They ended up honoring the orders after the furore a la the Debenhams Facebook page.0
