    New fries are terrible, the previous ones were thicker and tasted more like real potato fries. The new ones are too thin, get cold quickly and taste like rubbish independent chicken shop fries

    Have to agree with you. They were so thin and cold nobody wanted to eat them. They were much better before.:(

    The old fries were always cold too and soggy.
