I placed an order before this was posted, and was supposed to pick them up this morning. I got an email off M&S saying order wasn't in store as expected; there's snow so it was expected and not too bothered - BUT I've just had another email saying all my order has been refunded due to items not being to my satisfaction. Huh??? I didn't even get a chance to see them. Grrrr I hope everyone is luckier than I was.

They're supposed to keep them in store for a while, as I've collected things after a week. I think someone at m&s has got crossed wires. I would phone them to complain. Good luck

They had an amazing amount of stock in Braehead on Friday night. Had me thinking why have they had to reduce it by 75% to try and shift it.

Is it the quality or was it overpriced to begin with or have they just ordered far too much stock. Or have their sales dipped more than they are really telling us.
