i took tenancy of a new housing association house 10 years ago can i still challenge my banding

    You can ask the VOA to investigate your CT band at any time, but you should give reasons why you think the band is wrong, otherwise you will probably get a stock "your band is correct" reply.

    As you are well outside the 6 month time limit, you can't appeal to the independent Valuation Tribunal if the VOA says band is correct.
    If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales
