My mum's IVA
Gilka
I've recently moved back in with my mum who has just started a new IVA with Grant Thornton. She wrote to them to tell them that I've moved in. They've written to her today to send a new income expenditure form thing and said that they want details of my income/expenditure.
Can they do that? My income is nothing to do with my mums. I've told her that they're not having it because it's nothing to do with them.
My main concern is that it's going to somehow come back on my mum..
Anyone else had this???

Please post on the DRO&IVA board for more support and information. ( get link for you)
But just to say what they are after is what you contribute to the household as you are living them you are obviously paying your share for rent and utilities, so your mum is paying less for these and can afford to pay more towards her IVA.

You are not obliged to provide your information. But they will want to know if you are contributing anything financially to the household. They are likely also trying to determine whether your contribution is fair.0
