have been reading all the negative and dodgy comments regarding 123 debt solutions... i wish i had of had used this insight before i decided to go ahead with a plan with this firm.... money was taken without final consent even though it was in place for when i agreed that i would inform them to do so as the funds were not available.. i was harrased for several months 3 times a weeks by text message pushing me to realise that this was not fair and normal practice... when i decided not to proceed , i received a snotty text and then money was not taken on the first occasion as was not available but was taken after i received a letter saying that the plan was cancelled as i had not made payment .. trying to get a refund was met with aggression and obviously people not correctly trained in etiquette... have never dealt with such an amateur company and am so pleased that im a now going to a non profitable polite charity like cccs....
