Homeowners "budget" party last night

I had some fellow homeowners around to rewatch the budget (I had sky + it).
They all arrived carrying red brief cases and we posed for pictures outside before going in. Needless to say there was much groin thrusting and fist pumping going on!
We all had dinner and drinks - we all played a game of guess the HPI over next year - could v well be above 10%

that doesn't make any sense.
the budget measures were supposed to help first time buyers. existing homeowners shouldn't care.
