Tax relief for travel expenses

Hi all,

I've worked as a temp since March last year in two different jobs.
I currently have a fixed term contract - one of my colleagues passed out the Tax Relief form stating that as we are temp workers we can claim back our travel expenses for travelling to our workplace; a couple of people have already had successful claims apparently.

However, having read the form properly it seems that I can only claim if I worked in a temporary workplace not if I am a temporary worker working in a permanent workplace (we don't travel for work).
e.g. Someone working in Building A can only claim if they are seconded to Building B for work lasting up to 24 months.

Please can someone clarify? I'd hate to claim only to have to pay it all back...
