How to claim overpayment of tax???

Hi last year had 3 different jobs left 2 so have got the p45's still have 1 so got my p60 for end of year on the 2 that no longer have was on BR tax code so paid a lot in tax,i want to claim this back but not sure who i send letter to as one of the jobs was in my county and other 2 in differnt county(inc one still have)

so do i send to just one tax office??? (ie one i am still working for)
