M&s £10 off £50 code does not work

I've just tried to use this code and I am told it is not valid. Anyone else have a problem? How can I resolve it so I can use the code?

Which code is it, and are you trying on the outlet site or the main site?

I am trying to use it on M&S Outlet and the code is MSE50S10 as featured in the top deals for this week dated 20th March.

Hi again,

Just heard back from our contact at M&S who says the code is still working fine their end. I've just tested it too and it seems to be working for me.

The only things I can suggest are to check that you're on the outlet rather than the main site and that your spend is at least £50. If it still doesn't work, perhaps try changing internet browsers.

Not working for me either. Am definitely on their main site and have well over £50 in my basket.
Have copied & pasted and also typed it in manually , still not accepting it.

I actually phoned M and S to add code to my order and was told it didn't work

Thank you to all have input on this. I'm glad it was not only me that had a problem as I would have felt silly if it was. It's too late now as the deal finished at last night. Unless of course due to this problem you would like to extend the offer so that the people who were unable to take advantage can have another go.
