Hi all, had a 2nd letter from this dca regarding a debt I had from 1999 so it is definitely statute barred as no payment or acknowledgement as ever been since 1999.
Just the usual claptrap...agent will call you blah blah.
They have given no details of anything regarding this issue so I think its a "prove it" letter time again.

Actually, it's an 'ignore' and if they persist a 'take a long walk off a short pier it's statute barred' letter.
Prove It is for when you are in doubt and you think they *may* have a legitimate case which you might need to fight with robust evidence later.Debt Free! Long road, but we did it
