How many interviews are there usually in an interview processes ?
(IT Jobs), in the IT Field,

Programming - java, html, for big/ medium sized companies?

and what are the stages?

Stage 1) = ?

if they pass stage 1 then....
Stage 2) = consists of ?

if they pass stage 2 then....
Stage 3) = consists of ?

I know this depends on many factors, but give some models please ...

Really? I only ever had one interview for every job I had, and when I was interviewing for vacancies in my own team we never interviewed more than once. The only time I had to go to an employer twice was when I had to do a technical test first before being selected for interview.

Its varies even within the same company.
I wouldn't say size of a company is a good indicator of what sort of process you would be getting.

Generally you would get some sort of technical interview and a soft interview with the hiring manager and or HR.

Although when were or how anything is possible.

Its probably better to look up the company on glass door if they are big enough, some people post the interview styles on it.
