There are also people with cash in the bank who refuse to spend it on property out of sheer bloody mindedness, and there are some who will throw in the towel now.

A few people have said they will take Osborne's loan.

I hope they take the right decision and buy or at least give up on HPC. Being bitter doesn't achieve anything and just eats you up inside.

still i hope he is right though,

last i heard he bought a house,

Loads more also.
