I'm confused as to my Noddle result... I know that the actual result doesn't matter but I'm greeted with this number every time I log in and want to know why.
1/5.
I am on the electoral roll at my current and confirmed at previous address.
I have no defaults or missed payments.
I had a credit card that I paid off every month. No longer active as I didn't need it.
British Gas (Electric), British Gas (Gas), Three (mobile), Bank account showing no credit owing, or zero balance. No late payments.
Previous loan account showing fully settled and payments on time.
Current loan account (for car purchase) showing all payments on time and up to date, owing £1800, half way through term.
Mortgage over 1 year, no missed or late payments and all up to date.
What gives? I just wonder if its because, due to my bank account (as I didn't need it) not having an overdraft and closing my credit card, my available credit (mortgage and loan) is essentially 100% utilised. Would it have been better for me to keep the credit card to show that I can manage available credit acceptably?

Credit reference agency scores are worthless, that is the main reason for the irrelevant score.
Would have been good to keep the credit card. Apply for one now and in 6 months consider applying for another. Pay them in full each month to avoid interest and this will add to your profile along with your mortgage, loan and utility accounts.
Not sure I read that correctly, but do you not have a bank account?0
