RULES

The following rules (“Rules”) together with Orion Media (“Free Radio”) general and competition terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) (which can be found at freeradio.co.uk/general-terms-conditions) apply to ‘Gibraltar Rock Calls with Monarch.co.uk’ radio competition (“the Competition”) which will run from Wednesday 20th March – Monday 1st April 2013 (“the Duration”). The “Radio Station” is Free Radio.
Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have understood these Rules along with the Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them. The Terms and Conditions are available on request from the Radio Station.
Win with Foxy & Giuliano
1. Details of the Competition
1.1 To enter the Competition an Entrant must listen in to Foxy & Giuliano each day W/C 25th March and call the studio (the “Telephone Line”) when prompted. Telephone calls will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Telephone Line will be given out on air.
1.2 Two entrants will be selected at random each day to play. They will have to guess how many rock song titles Foxy manages to squeeze into his conversation. The entrant with the closest guess will win
1.3 The winner will be announced on air
1.4 The decision of the radio station is final
1.5 All winners will be notified in writing by the radio station within 28 days of the competition ending
2. Eligibility
2.1 All entrants must be aged 18 or over and hold a valid passport
2.2 All entrants must live within the analogue (FM) transmission area of the radio station
2.3 Only one entry per person and per household
3. Prize
3.1 There are 3 x pairs of flights available in total and 1 x holiday to Gibraltar for the duration of this competition
3.2 Orion reserves the right to substitute prize

Flight Prize Terms & Conditions
The prize is valid for travel before 31st December 2013
The winner must be aged 18 years or over
The prize is non-transferrable and there is no cash alternative
The prize is offered subject to availability and may not be available on all dates on all flights. The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, school holidays or Bank Holidays
The prize is 2 x return flights with Monarch to Gibraltar from Birmingham Airport
Airport taxes are included in the prize
Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats, in-flight meals and the carriage of hold/checked-in baggage)
The prize-winner will be contacted within 28 days of Monarch being notified of the winner’s details
Gibraltar Holiday Terms & Conditions
1. The prize is valid for travel before 31st December 2013, subject to availability
2. The winner must be aged 18 years or over
3. Flights and accommodation are subject to limited availability and may not be available on all dates during this period. The prize cannot be taken during peak periods such as Christmas, New Year, Easter, and school holidays or Bank Holidays.
4. The prize includes two return scheduled flights with Monarch to Gibraltar from Birmingham Airport, and seven night’s accommodation at the four star rated Rock Hotel in Gibraltar, on a half board basis for two people sharing a twin/double room.
5. Airport taxes and one piece of hold baggage up to 20kgs per person are included in the prize
6. Flight extras are not included in the prize (flight extras include, but are not limited to, pre-allocated seats and the carriage of sports equipment)
7. Spending money, transfers to and from airports (in the UK and in resort) and hotel charges beyond the accommodation (such as meals and drinks other than those included in the half board offering) are the responsibility of the winners
8. Travel insurance is not included in the prize
9. The prize is non-transferable and is to be used by the registered prize winner
10. The holiday may not be re-presented as a prize for any other prize draw or other similar event
11. No cash alternative is available
