Debt agency say not to pay C/tax

They are from 2010 but they are on my credit file Defaulted 2011 no payment history entered and they have been entered by LOWELL, i will send a proof it letter as well as a letter to ask them to stop calling me to Lowell that might stop them hassling me for a bit and continue my correspondence with the original creditor to get this sorted out, oh and just to add two of these defaults have been put in my mothers address, i have not lived there for 19 years why would they put them on there0
