I received my 2 OPI nail polishes today, in shades San Tan-Tastic (a tan shade), and I Eat Mainely Lobster (pink).

Well worth it for the £1 spent, Looking forward to 3 months of mags! :T

I've done this as well, quick question though do you have to ring them to cancel the direct debit after you've received the gift if you just want 3 issues?

"Yes, please set up a subscription to 3 issues of Glamour for just £1 on direct debit PLUS my FREE gift. Renewing every 6 months at £9."

I have signed up and received the nail varnishes. A great deal!
  • Amazing find Missli!

I'm not sure, I am rubbish at cancelling things tbh. If anyone knows the answers to the following questions please let me know.

If I only wanted the free gift and 3 issues for £1 when would I cancel? After my third magazine? Or shortly after I make my first payment? I'm sorry if I am not explaining this well but my thoughts are that once my £1 direct debit is taken I have paid for 3 issues and my free gift. If I cancel straight after that surely they still have to send the 3 mags and gift because I paid for it, right?

To cancel do I need to contact the supplier or is it OK just to cancel the direct debit through my online banking? The latter only takes two seconds so I know I am more likely to do it.

Such a tempting deal but I know it works for them because people like me forget to cancel the direct debit, I am that girl so just trying to plan :)

I'm going to wait until I've received my first issue with any relevant paperwork with my account details, then give them a ring to see how to cancel. I've done so before with a previous promotion. I think it's best to cancel with them first then your bank, else it may be re-instated if you delete from your Direct Debits.

I'm hoping warning bells will appear reminding me to cancel when I get my first mag. The OPI nail polishes are lovely, and Glamour often has good on-the-cover freebies, so it wouldn't be the end of the world for me. :)
